How do I join the DAR?

​

You must be 18 years or older, female, and can prove lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence to be eligible to join the DAR. Documentation must be provided for each statement of birth, marriage, and death, as well as of the American Revolutionary War service of her Patriot ancestor.

 

Our chapter has volunteers who can assist you in the process and provide guidance on finding the required documentation to complete your application.
